This was an amazing place to be located for our vacation. Our family really enjoyed being surrounded by nature and having walking access to the Scarce o' Fat Trail and being just down the road from Brown County State Park was ideal. The house was charming with it's unique style. We loved the coffee station, the hot tub, and the couch was cozy and great for chatting. The beds were super comfy and we slept very well after a day of hiking. If we ever get the chance, we will be back someday!

We had a great stay at 2 Hearthstones. It was very close to Brown County and Yellowwood parks, and right in between anything you’d want to do in Nashville or Bloomington. The house was so cool and inviting, and we loved the grill and the hot tub on the deck in the evenings. It was also SO dog friendly, which was huge to us. It was just what we were looking for, and it was hard to leave! We would gladly go back.
We even saw turtles and toads!

I booked this for a surprise birthday trip for my fiancé. Our stay was great! The hot tub was a huge bonus and we enjoyed every bit of it :). The house was so cute we enjoyed the different levels and seeing so much nature! We even saw turtles and toads!
Very quiet but also a quick drive to Nashville

Great spot for a group weekend getaway! Very quiet but also a quick drive to Nashville. We were impressed by the well stocked and labeled kitchen, it made it very easy to cook! Our GPS was confused finding the place but the directions provided by the host were 100% accurate so I’d suggest following those instead.

I highly recommend this place. The location is perfect. Close to shops and hiking trails but also secluded enough to be private. Very clean accommodations. I like that everything was well organized and easy to use. The game room and hot tub were an added bonus. The house was even better in person, very cool 70's vibe. We will definitely be returning!

Enjoyed a lovely getaway in this 1970s home. Well appointed. Very comfortable. Fun game room received a lot of use. Close acess to trails for hiking. Highly recommend.

The large deck to perfect for watching a sunrise

We loved our stay. The property was very peaceful and the large deck to perfect for watching a sunrise. We hiked on the Tecumseh portion of the trail in the Yellowwood forest, along a tranquil creek which leads to a Yellowwood lake. It was about an hour hike on the Scarce O Fat trail, but that trail is also nice. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for hosting and preparing large family meals. The grill is charcoal. The coffee/tea bar is adorable. The bedroom set up is ideal for multiple families and also the top floor is ideal for a family with younger children. Perfect location between Nashville and Bloomington. Overall an awesome get away in brown county and we are planning to stay again.
